- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
