  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer the hashbrowns, followed by the cooked sausage, and then pour the egg mixture over the top.
