  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually blend this into the creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips and blueberries.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.

  8. Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
