  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium zucchini, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add diced zucchini and cook until softened, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Combine cooked spaghetti with the vegetable and bacon mixture. Toss well to combine.
