- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 medium zucchini, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add diced zucchini and cook until softened, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add cherry tomatoes, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
