Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, diced
  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add zucchini and cherry tomatoes, cooking for about 5 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in the cooked pasta, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
