- 1 package cheese tortellini
- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Cook the beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
