Beef Tortellini Enchilada

  • 1 pound beef
  • 1 package cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, tortellini, enchilada sauce, spices, and half of the shredded cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
