Ingredients

  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Let simmer until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add the cooked rotini to the skillet, tossing gently to coat with the sauce.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
  • Top with fresh parsley for added flavor.
