- 1 block firm tofu
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
