A delicious dish that combines turkey bacon and chicken ham in a baked egg boat.

  • 4 pieces of bread
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the bread into halves and hollow out the centers.
  3. In a bowl, mix the eggs, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each bread half with the egg mixture.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
