  • ½ cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a saucepan, boil the apple cider until it reduces by half. Let it cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  4. In another bowl, beat the butter and sugars until creamy. Add the eggs and mix well.
  5. Stir in the cooled apple cider and vanilla.
  6. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the bundt pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
  10. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with a tablespoon of apple cider and drizzle over the cooled cake.
