Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press into the bottom of a pie dish.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In another bowl, blend the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
  7. Spread the peanut butter mixture into the cooled crust.
  8. Top with whipped topping and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
